Dr. Ranjana Kumari

Professor Dr. Ranjana Kumari is an ENT Head and Neck Surgeon practicing in Chennai. She graduated from Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, in 1984, and went on to complete her Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology from the same institution. She was a Gold Medalist in her MS (ENT) from Madras Medical College and was awarded the prestigious P.V. Cherian Award for securing the top rank in her Master’s Degree.

Dr. Ranjana Kumari has been attached to Kilpauk Medical College since 2000, amassing a wealth of surgical and academic experience. She currently serves as the Professor and Head of the Department of ENT at Madha Medical College.

In addition to her academic commitments, she is a visiting consultant at Mehta Hospital and VHS Hospital.

Her special field of interest includes Endoscopic Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgeries, ranging from basic procedures like tonsillectomy to advanced ENT oncology and CSF repair. Her expertise and dedication to the field make her a highly sought-after practitioner and educator in ENT.
